I LOVE a classic margarita, but there’s something about a grapefruit margarita that just hits different. It’s bright, refreshing, and just the right balance of tart and sweet. Easily one of my faves.

What you’ll need:
  • 2 oz. Blanco tequila (go for a good one, you’ll taste the difference)

  • 1 oz. Cointreau (or triple sec if you prefer)

  • ¼ oz. agave (adjust to taste!)

  • ¾ oz. fresh-squeezed lime juice

  • 2 oz. fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice

Fresh grapefruit halves, lime wedges, and a bottle of tequila arranged on a wooden cutting board.

How to Make It:

1. Prep your glass. Rim it with pink Himalayan sea salt and pop it in the freezer for a few minutes—trust me, a chilled glass makes all the difference.

2. Shake it up. Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake it 20 times with a smile—because good vibes make a better margarita.

3. Double strain & pour. Strain the mix over ice into your perfectly prepped glass.

4. Garnish & enjoy. Top it off with a fresh grapefruit slice and a dehydrated lime wheel for that extra chef’s kiss moment.
